A paid service for guests who wish to enter earlier than the standard check-in time, or take their time and check out later on the day of departure. Please review the pricing and the free campaign conditions before proceeding to the application form.

At our managed properties, the standard check-in time is 16:00 and the standard check-out time is 10:00.
If you wish to check in earlier or check out later on the day of your stay, you may apply for our paid Early Check-in or Late Check-out service.

The available times and prices are as follows.
The greater the difference from the standard time, the higher the fee.

Conditions
After your stay, we ask that you leave a ★★★★★ (5-star) review for every category (cleanliness, check-in, accuracy, etc., all items) on both Airbnb and Booking.com.
When you check the box for "Use Free Campaign" on the application form, all fees will be displayed as ¥0.

Early Check-in
Agreement Points
When applying for Early Check-in, your agreement to the following 4 points is required.
Before You Apply
⏰ Timing of Your Application
If you apply before 16:00 (Japan time) on the day before your stay, the only available times are 15:00 (Early Check-in) and 11:00 (Late Check-out).
For an earlier Early Check-in time, please access the application form again after 16:00 the day before.
🏠 Adjacent Reservations
If there are other reservations immediately before or after your stay, some time slots may not be available due to the cleaning schedule.
Please rest assured that the application form will only display the times currently available for selection.
🔍 Reservation Verification
The application form verifies your reservation using the name registered on your booking site (Airbnb / Booking.com, etc.).
If your reservation cannot be confirmed, please kindly contact us through the messaging function of your booking site.
💳 Payment
After your application is submitted, a confirmation email and payment URL will be sent to the email address you provided.
No payment is required when using the free campaign.
